About Us
About our President...
Mr. Blaine J. Hoffmann holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Management with almost 20 years of professional experience.
He has been trained in Fire Prevention and Education at the Ohio State Fire Academy, and is currently an Authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor for both General Industry and Construction. He has worked as a full-time Corporate Safety Director, a licensed Ohio adult-ed instructor, sat on the Board of Trustees for an Ohio Valley Education Foundation, and was Chair of the OSHA Outreach Training program for an official OSHA Education Center.
Mr. Hoffmann has also been working with Private and Public Sector VPP employers since 2004, including the United States Air Force and major industrial manufacturers. Assisting employers in achieving VPP STAR status involves comprehensive analyses and project management skills involving many different employees from within the client organization. Hoffmann & Associates helps employers integrate VPP elements with existing business improvement efforts, such as Lean Manufacturing, Quality improvement efforts, etc.
